Mashhad pearl granite stone with light color background and uniformity in granulation, from granite mines located in Khorasan Razavi province, is one of the stones that are known as cotton flowers. Pearl granite is considered as one of the most well-known, highest quality and most widely used building stones in Iran due to its various colors and textures always been of special interest to designers and buyers. Mashhad Pearl Granite is processed in the form of grinded, flimed, cubic and stone table.
Features of Mashhad Pearl Granite Stone
This type of stone, also known as marble or granite, are a type of acidic internal igneous rock. For this reason, its texture has medium to large grains and contains quartz (mountain ore) and feldspar, mica, and parts of other minerals. Depending on the minerals that make it up, the stone comes in a variety of colors, from white to gray.
Mashhad Pearl Granite is one of the heaviest stones with a density of 2.75 grams per cubic centimeter and also has a high compressive strength. Medium volume mass, weather resistance, water absorption below 1%, very low porosity, high color diversity, frost resistance are other characteristics of Mashhad granite stone. It belongs to the white granite family.
Strength Points
Relatively low water absorption
Proper grinding mode
High compressive and abrasion resistance
